NSW Nominations
Proposal for Club shows for the 2007/2008 Race Season
Nominations:
Nominations are to be to the Race Secretary by 5pm on the Monday prior to a race meeting. This maybe earlier for midweek shows and over the Christmas-New Year period (Notice of changes to nomination time will be listed on NSWLSCA website)
If you wish to be placed on the PCR standing nominations list, this must be in writing stating: Drivers name, contact number, NASR license number, Car number, Engine Type, Chassis type, sponsors and signed by both driver & Car owner, and then sent to the Race Secretary at the above address. If you do not provide this written nomination you will not be placed on the PCR standing list and therefore you will have to nominate for each meeting.
Late Nominations: Nominations received after 5pm Monday (or other advertised time) will be considered late and you will run rear of field in all heats – No Exceptions.
Withdrawing Nominations: If you are unable to attend a race meeting that you have nominated for, you must cancel before 12noon race day by telephone ONLY – 0400 927271
If you fail to withdraw your nomination by the specified time a non-negotiable fee of $50 will be payable to the NSWLSCA prior to your next race meeting. If this fee is not paid you will be ineligible to compete until it is paid.
No Pay: No Race: No Exceptions
